Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Airkobo. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

2. The service

Airkobo lets you fund a wallet and pay for bills and digital services such as airtime, data, electricity, cable, internet, betting and education e-PINs, including through an AI assistant. Service availability may vary and depends on third-party billers.

3. Transactions

• You authorise Airkobo to process the payments you initiate, including via the AI assistant after you confirm the details.
• Once a payment is completed it may be irreversible. Please review all details before confirming.
• Applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Airkobo for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Wallet & KYC

Certain features require identity verification (KYC). We may limit functionality where verification is incomplete or where required by regulation.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airkobo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant transaction.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, or address breaches of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
